The design behind this building was carefully conceived by the owner and all team players to create a contemporary and comfortable environment for the Foundation to operate. The structural system makes economical use of conventional steel column, beam, and bar joist framing while exploring expressive shapes of  bar joist extensions, built up channel rafters ,and shaped entry column. The building is anticipated to receive a Silver LEED rating.
