A merging of smaller buildings organized around courtyards, the new Super Co-op near the campus of the University of Texas at Austin will allow a fluid and robust community. Covered parking, cafeteria, kitchens and offices make up the first ground floor of the 48,000sq ft student owned housing. The use of precast concrete plank provide a finished floor and ceiling set on a light steel frame. The building frame allows for relative ease for future re-orginization.
