Mixed Use Development
2007 AIA Merit Award

A mixed-use development that includes 28 residential units, ground level restaurant and retail, two upper stories of office, and a small parking garage. Castellated steel beams are left exposed to allow ductwork to pass through. Concrete floor is cast over tongue and grove wood deck form which is left as ceiling finish for the residential units. Concrete slabs cantilever for residential balconies. Rounding out the development is a hybrid precast and cast-in place parking garage.
