Mixed Use Development

The seven building campus, totaling more than 135,000sq feet of mixed use projects will include retail and commercial space. It is the first project in Williamson County with the goal of LEED certification. The development encompasses a 13 acre campus and is being designed not only for an aesthetic of unique buildings, but also to be environmentally sound and centered on the people that will inhabit it.
