The plans for this residential building work around precast concrete planks on load bearing CMU walls all supported on a concrete framed podium terrace level. The building fits snuggly in the iconic narrow motel lot. The main terrace level unites the apartments, town homes and office spaces in a lively public space. A secondary deck with a swimming pool anchors the building end at the fourth floor.
