This single story office building is framed primarily in dimensional lumber. The porte-cochere drop-off is covered with a butterfly canopy using cantilevered tensional steel frame. The entry structure uses exposed steel WT beams and purlins, exposed tongue-and-groove roof deck, and cantilevered angled frame sun shades.
